Since 2022, we have welcomed 16 new members to join the family of Szog. In order to promote new employees to understand Szog's development process, organizational structure, corporate culture, etc. as soon as possible, improve their own quality and team cohesion, strengthen corporate identity and sense of belonging, so as to better integrate into the team, the company launched the induction training for new employees on August 30. Before the training, Deputy Director Wang Shiqiu asked everyone to make a brief self-introduction and get to know each other. The training content is mainly carried out from four aspects: company introduction, products and services, rules and regulations, and future development of the company. It focuses on the company's products and regulations. This training strengthened the new employees' understanding of the company and played an important role in better integrating into the team and carrying out work. As the fresh blood of the company, we should be neutral in our work, and strive to become a professional and excellent employee faster with the help of a strong platform, constantly break through ourselves, and create greater value for the team while improving our ability.
