The Science and Technology Daily reported on September 8, 2021 that the world's highest and largest distributed prestressed steel tubular frame wind turbine tower wind farm will be built in Jiaozhou, Qingdao, with a height of 160-170 meters and a total of 19 units. It is estimated that the annual power generation will be 320 million kilowatt-hours. It will be connected to the grid by the end of 2021. There are three wind farm projects: Jiaozhou Ronghui Tongpuji Wind Farm, Jiaozhou Huayilicha Wind Farm and Jiaozhou Rongchuang Yanghe Wind Farm.
